The Morassutti Group was founded as a real estate consulting firm. We then grew into the largest independent firm of its kind in Canada. We have since evolved into real estate investment and development activities. The real estate investments are primarily comprised of apartment buildings in Toronto. In addition, we have significant investments in public real estate entities which included being one of the largest owners of Summit Industrial Income REIT. We are also an owner of the Abacoa Golf Club in Florida. The real estate developments largely consist of luxury boutique condominium buildings in well established neighbourhoods in Toronto which are carried on under the brand North Drive.
Larry Morassutti oversees all public and private market investments while Jordan and Taylor Morassutti are responsible for sourcing and managing condominium development activities.
